STO Responsible (“STO Responsible,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. Promotional Communications

If you do not want us to use your email address/contact information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt out by using the options available at the time we collect such information or at any other time by logging into your account and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile, or by sending us an email stating your request to help@storesponsible.com. If you have received a promotional email from us, you can also opt out of receiving future promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such email. If you have received a catalogue or other mailing from us and you send us an email to opt out of future mailings, please be sure to include in the email your name and mailing address exactly as they appear on such mailing. We will remove your name from our mailing list as soon as possible.

 

Location Information

If you access our Services using a mobile device, you may adjust the settings on your mobile device to allow or prevent the sharing of location information. For example, you can disable “Location” on your mobile device to prevent sharing your location information with us. Although we do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising or other targeted content, a number of these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. If you provide credit card or debit card information to complete a purchase, it is our policy to use third-party payment processing systems that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), which is an industry wide security standard designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your credit card information, by encryption using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and storage. Currently, we use Start Merchant Services, but we reserve the right to change this service provider at any time for any reason. Your credit card information will also be subject to our payment processor’s privacy policy in addition to ours. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

California Civil Code Section §1798.83 permits users of our Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.
